Try to find out the landlord's company name. You should be able to find that out, by asking the Local Authority ''who pays the non-domestic rates?'' at that location. It's public information and you are entitled to be told.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just been looking at other posts re this carpark and there is one from 2016. The poster found the fine is only on one of the many signs, and the company number is wrong. Which is quite ironic seeing as they are trying to fine me for inputting my VRN incorrectly!0

If you search army and navy the posters forum name is YKJ. They have a photo of the sign which states the company number as 08182290 when it is actually 08182990, plus the other signs.0

Hi I have been been posting my story regarding the same car park. Have you had any luck locating the land owner? I emailed WED2B asking if they had heard of any problems from their customers with the machine because it ate all our change on the Saturday 4th Feb 2017 and wouldn't return it and the following day they have said that I overstayed. They didn't commit, just sent pics of the signs (nice seeing as I spent over £500 that day with them) I am sure that we put in the maximum car parking fee as we knew we would be ages. I didn't check the ticket though ! was a bit stressed with organising the wedding. WED2B also said that they didn't know who the land owner is.0

I haven't had any luck as of yet. As per a previous comment on my post i am going to phone chelmsford council and see if they can tell me who pays the non domestic rates.
Just an update.
I have had an email from BW Legal stating they have sent my SAR information via post. Although i am still awaiting a response from Brittania. Where do i go from here? On the LBC they have stated i need to respond by the 26th December. Do I just need to wait to see what they have on me first?0 -
Scatling I also spent 500 quid on a bike whilst there. I am going to write to Evans head office tomorrow0
-
I've now had my SAR from Brittania still awaiting BW Legal's SAR to come through the post.
What things do i need to look out for in these? Also whats my next step?0 -
I've now received my SAR from Brittania. I've had a look through and in it the have an alternative email address for me which I'm not entirely sure why or how they have this as I've never sent any correspondence to them from this address. I never use it so I'm a little confused how they have this.
I need to reply to them by the 26th December before they decide to take court action against me, can anyone point me in the right direction?0 -
What do they allege the fine is for?0
