Ombudsman didn't find in our favour so debt collectors back on phone with threatening behavior
Agreed to pay but requested a letter with the breakdown of cost they said they weren't prepared to do this and said just pay on line 660pounds to Supanet
Supanet however have dissolved the company according to Companies House in May of this year voluntarily and I was told by them they should not be accepting payment under this name Anyone know if this is correct0 -
What do you mean "Supanet have dissolved the company"?
Assuming you mean company number 04462973, what's probably happened is they've closed that company and opened a new one for accounting purposes, it may be under new ownership or something, its not uncommon. It may well be under a holding company name.
Still doesn't change the fact though the main issue in this thread is of your Brother in Law's making and it may be a case of "this is the bed you made, now lie in it" unfortunately.0 -
I rang Companies House who said it was dissolved and money cannot be paid that company0

I would re-post in the consumer thread as there's likely to be more knowledgeable people regarding this:-
