I don't want them to loose job. But they carnt really care much for the job them self when the order was granted due to incidents involving work which was recorded with police and it was the actual work related incident that basically got the order granted0

Are your employers also taking action?0 -
Did you tell the court that you work together? I don't see how they could have issued such an order if they knew that.0

You have two options.
1) if he comes within 100 meters (metres?) of you(whether at work or elsewhere, you go back to court to tell them he has breached the order. The court then deals with him
2) you explain things to your employer who may (or may not) arrange his work schedule to take this into account. However informing his employer of this could be seen as infringing his confidentiality rights ......
3) you warn him yourself (though whatever means seems appropriate) not to breach the order at work0 -
The big problem with a work environment is that you can be within feet of each other and not realise it.
What if his work area is within 100 metres of yours?0 -
Was this granted ex parte?0

A non-mol comes with a power of arrest; it’s actually really bad legislation - been there, done that (won, btw)0 -

A non-mol can only be granted if the parties have an intimate relationship- not necessarily ( but most common ) partners.
Most employers won’t have dealt with this.
It’s actually really bad law. It’s a civil court with criminal sanctions. Everyone should consider it bad law.0 -

Why do you think they would not grant one if use worked together.
If you have been harassing someone and threading and stalking a person.
Just because you work together does not mean that it is ok.
It could be your neighbour or anyone.0 -

If you've got someone who is bothering you to that extent, I hope Jenny Edwards isn't your name in real life - don't make yourself easy to find on the net!0
