Great!
Also my OH has received an email back regarding the subject access request. They haven't sent anything to do with the parking tickets they took to court. They basically said to contact Gladstones to get the information they hold.
They have sent photos and some debt recovery letters and that is all. But there is more than the two he got a CCJ for so we have no idea which ones the CCJs relate to?!
Do you think send an email to Gladstones with a subject access request?0 -
I would be inclined to write back to the PPC reminding them that it was a Subject Access Request that you sent to them.
Point out to them that they have an obligation under the DPA2018 to respond fully within one month of that request.
Tell them that if you don't have a full response within (say) 14 days, you will point this out in no uncertain terms to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Can you please remind us - who is the parking company?0 -

It is UK-CPM. It's weird their email is like they never got involved in the court process and basically point my OH to Gladstones.0 -

Also I they asked my OH for proof of ID and proof of address, he sent passport and a statement. On further reading of the forum, it appears he shouldn't have sent them??0 -

When you complain to the ICO, mention UKCPM's over-harvesting of personal information too.0 -
he sent passport
I'd never send a passport to anyone (or even a copy of it) - it has your photo, your signature, your bio-data, everything for someone far away to be stealing your husband's identity! And you might not realise it until you go through passport control on your next foreign holiday! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

He sent the actual passport? Has he had it back? Do you realise that some parking companies employ former criminals? Do you realise that a passport is such a sensitive security document?
