Is it too late?

Hi,
I don't know if it is too late now but we moved house 18 months ago and I have just checked my other halfs credit report and there have been two ccj's recorded against his name.
They are from old tickets he got while we were residents, parking in the residents car park. Now there are many issues with the car park, lack of signs, and the fact that we live there and had permits to park there etc.
Is there any way that we can fight them as they were a default judgement and the paperwork has been going to our old address??
Please if anybody can help, I feel sick with worry

OP, have you used your real name as your forum username?
Then your really should ask MSE to change your username to something totally anonymous.
To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -

OK so read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread and also see if your OH qualifies for help with court fees (people with a not huge salary do qualify, quite often).
If not, then this will cost £255 x 2 up front in court fees (do NOT pay the parking scammers) to clear, as long as he follows our advice.
DO NOT do the court forms in your name of course, these are HIS CCJs and his to defend. Hopefully the £255 x 2 will be ordered to be repaid in the end - way down the line - by the parking scammers, if his defence wins the cases but at least the CCJs will be wiped.
Which parking scammers have done this to your OH?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you. I have just started to read the second post and it's quite confusing. But i shall keep rereading it!
I am not actually sure, I can't remember who the parking company was. I think it is cpmuk. I would have to try and find out somehow.
This £255x2 when does that have to be paid?? I read about the set aside forms? Is it then?0 -
Please read the sticky thread.
You ONLY need to read the set aside section near the bottom of post #2.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah that's the one I am reading, i have got to the second link where details the reasons for setting aside.
I am assuming I can use some of that letter?
I think I might need a lot of hand holding through this, I apologise in advance!0
