Parking charge

Hi have received a parking charge from Ashton moss parked at side of five guys as was busy to find a bay as seem another person park like that and did not see any signs saying you could not. Was 5 minutes in 5 guys when returns had a parking charge from ukpc stating not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space. Also says 100 pound charge or pay 60 within 14 days is this correct do I need to pay

You definitely do not HAVE to pay, go to the newbies section and read up about the game you are now involved in, these scamvoices (invoices) can be beaten but it takes some time and effort, the PPC,s harass people with false information and employ powerless nasty scummy debt collectors hoping you are a person who can be bullied into paying, up to you whether you let yourself be bullied.

Ok I have heared people stay this I will be ok with that won't bother me but what do I need to do then as some people say idnore some say don't unless you have a case. Do i have one and what steps shall I follow then to not pay this as dont won't too be took to court and ended up with a big fine. Please could you advise me what to do

Do as per the NEWBIES thread, wait till day 26 then appeal as keeper, online, using the template (you can remove the sentence about a wrong VRN from the template, but no adding your own words and blabbing about who was driving!).
