HELP pls Spyware etc. Desperate!! PLEASE

thanks guy for your various advice........what a annoying week...my daughter and husband are sick of seeing me swearing or sitting at my latptop!!!

i will have to order from Amazon then... is there a site to explain how to delete and reinstall pls? as you've all gathered so far.. i've no idea what to do...

i shall back up my doc and photos...anything else?

how do back up all the sites i've filed in 'My favorites"??????
