HELP pls Spyware etc. Desperate!! PLEASE

It's started yesterday lots of warning messages, trojan, spyware, low virtual memory etc.. i've scanned with AVG 7.5 and AVG anti-spyware all yesterday.. took hours.. found some which i deleted but today there are still problems .. errors messages.. my laptop is SOOOOOOO slow and some strange websites keep popping up.. some i can say i've NEVER visited !!!...and it keeps jamming... IE pops up says it can continue.. etc..
2 days of that and to be honest I could cry.... sounds silly but i just don't get it...
Today i've followed the Malware/Spyware removing guide.. downloaded as it say (took ages as it kept jamming) but when i got to Safe Mode it's just a black screen and i can't scan..
SO CAN I SCAN USING superantispyware, lavsoft, ccleaner etc on normal mode? or would that be bad...(couldn't download the windows defender)
sorry as you can see i'm not great on computers...

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SBDY ADVICE...i did try all i could before posting this desperate thread but not sure what to do now...

Try scanning in normal mode first - then when that has done try in safe mode.

scanning in safe mode is generally more efficient however if you cannot enter safe mode then this will reduce some of the crap running.

If running superantispyware doesn't get you going can you download HiuJack This from : http://www.majorgeeks.com/download5554.html and run a scan and post the contents of the log file here for one of us to have a look at.

I personally don't rate ccleaner. I have heared many stories that end in a pretty disasterous situation. I have always been able to solve malware/spareware/trojans with Spybot, superantispyware and a range or virus scanners and specific tools to remove specific trojans!

Last night I've scanned using the programs as per first page...it took ages...and everytime i restarted and still today it takes ages .. I mean about 10min to start .. maybe a memory prob.. so today i erase 2 progs (superantispyware and spybot..) it's bit better speed wise but I keep having those websites coming, mainly !!!!!! i have to say... not so great as my daughter always sit next to me!!!!
WHAT CAN I DO NOW????? any other site i need to try... i'd like to avoid going to PC World as they charge a bit too much that i can afford right now...

PS: i still can't do it on safe mode - just getting a black screen.

Do you have a repair disc or laptop handbook? Many laptops have a hidden partition with the original factory settings on and it is easier to go to this stage and re-load other progs. than spend hours and hours trying to clean up a damaged setup.-

no i don't have a disk or handbook.. laptop was given to me 5 yrs ago but no handbook with it..so i have to go for the lenghthy process... and after 3 days IT IS... and ongoing...
