Are you confusing me with Outfox doing that on Trustpilot?0 -

Looks like certain people posting in this thread have lost the plot. Time to close this thread I think. Moderator?0

Lol, damn straight. He’s had my post removed as well, this is just laughable now. Funny how a large group of people think/say one thing and one person constantly finds themselves grinding against the majority. I wonder who’s at fault there? Oh that’s a tough one that is :think:0 -
I had an email from Outfox the Market to say they are reducing my Direct Debit from 21 February, so they have taken another huge payment this month. I am massively in credit. This is emptying our bank account and means I am having to top it up from other sources. As soon as I have sent my new reading on 11th February and they have recalculated the figures I am asking for a significant credit refund.
They have caused so much unnecessary anxiety for many of their customers. I don't suppose they feel any guilt though. It was a business model they tried that did not work.0 -

Have you tried live chat. Fiona helped me and I got my direct debit halved and I got half my credit refunded through my direct debit into my bank account. I know other people who have been helped through live chat too.0 -
. . . . . .and I got half my credit refunded through my direct debit into my bank account.. . . . . .
Just to point out for others that they don't refund through the Direct Debit.
It is a simple bank transfer. People often make the mistake of thinking that they should leave the Direct Debit Mandate active in order to receive a refund (I was one who used to think that was the case).
You do not need an active DD to receive a refund.0
