They told me it’s unfair but I should just pay it otherwise it could go to court and have CCJ on my record. I must have contacted everyone even BPA who said the same thing. If these people know it’s unfair why am I not getting any help. The stupid rules that have been passed. No justice.

Do you feel that you're not getting any help from this forum?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Of course they said that. If you don't pay they don't get any wages. If someone rang you and asked if you mind working for nothing how would you react?

Everyone you are ringing is part for this. The BPA are paid for by their members and are there to support them.

As I said stop ringing people.

Parking companies are scammers. Even our MPs have said in open court that they are scammers.

PPCs only want your money and will lie, and cheat, and bully to get it.

We help people to stand up to these bullies.

You obviously do not understand how the court system works in this country, otherwise you would not be worried about a CCJ. All this is under your control. You can't just be given a CCJ. You have to fail to do lots of things for that to happen, and we are here to make sure you don't fail.

You have been helped, but don't seen to have taken the advice from people who have been dealing with this scam for years and years. We know what we are doing, so trust us and follow the excellent advice you have been given for free by a bunch of volunteers who have given up their time to help people like you.

CAB do not understand the scam.
The "official" moneysavingexert site does not understand the scam.
Everyone else you have mentioned except people like us on this forum is part of the scam.

I don't understand why you keep coming back complaining that it's all hopeless. A) that's not true and B) that's exactly the message the parking scammers want to get across to make their lives easier and their bank balances fatter. You may already have encouraged some people to pay up when they do not need to.

As far as I can tell you haven't done anything you've been advised to do so far. Actually, buried amidst all the despair you did briefly mention that you want to fight this. So when are you going to start getting into the fighting frame of mind?

And who do you think the BPA are and whose interests do they serve?

Are you always this gullible or is it just over this scam (honest question)?

YOU MUST IGNORE THE STUPID LETTERS. HOW MANY TIMES DO WE NEED TO REPEAT THAT ADVICE?

    IT IS CORRECT!

Promise us you are not going to contact any other biased party, and that you are NOT going to pay the scam!

I must say I don’t have clue about courts or anything that’s why I worry so much thinking of costs.
