Compers Challenge 2019

I tried the pen and paper system yesterday and I kept getting distracted and having to back track and recount. Today I've tried a spreadsheet system which means I can multitask again.

Two WEMs received today from Celebs Now & AAA NME. I don't count it until I've received the item so I'll decide then what to cross off. I've posted a competition beginning with the letter F.

Comps done today:
Daily: 27
MD: 135
RC: 26
Gleam: 25

Help please

On the MD I am opening all the comps I want to do from each mag I enter 2 comps OK then on the 3rd one it goes from answering a question to selecting 3 numbers.

How do I stop it doing that?

Don't bother doing any comps that are instant wins based on spinning three numbers. Most MSE'rs tend to think that the odds of winning are too small.

Most mags have a lot more where you answer a question before you get to the ones where you spin the numbers.

on the MD comps the normal ones with questions have an end date and the ones with numbers usually have something about 'open till won'

I just went to Marg's thread, opened I think it was Prima opened all the comps I was interested into another page.
When I started opening them to do the first 2 comps were question then all the rest were numbers.
This happened twice with 2 different magazines.
Would I be better doing them from the Main Boards rather than from the Mags Daily thread?

OK I have just been back to Prima and I can see now the ones that have a date and the ones that Run until won, most of the Prima ones are Run until won, I will know which ones to open now.

Hey all, first win of the year - yahoo!! It was an advent comp but just got the call - a Bowling night for 6 people at AMF Bowling in Bury. Debating whether to put it as a January win or cross off a letter, and which letter?

Cosmopolitan is good for having lots of comps, I have 15 bookmarked at the moment.

Good Housekeeping is pretty good too, but those comps are also available to enter on several other mags.

The easiest ones I find to enter are the Celeb Now/Life Death Prizes/ Whats on TV/Woman/Womans Own/Womans Weekly comps - although its a shared prize between the 6 mags, there's always loads of comps, and they get posted on the board in one thread.

There's currently over 25 open posts for those mags, so if for example, you searched on the main board for Womans Weekly, you'd find at least 100 mag comps you could enter - soon get your 1,000 doing that
