Solicitor forgot to do Local authority search!

Personal Search Providers (agents who carry out checks independent of the Local Authority) can provide searches back quicker than Authorities. The discrepancies between Providers and Authorities tends to be how busy THEY are, as opposed to anything else.
Often Personal Search Providers supply an ETA for the results, which tend to be fairly accurate. Be aware, once received the Search requires reviewing and further enquiries may be raised to you as the Seller.0 -
Even when the searches do come back, that doesn't mean everything's automagically ready to go. What if questions are raised as a result?
Exchange comes when exchange comes. It may yet not come at all. You may find something out from the search results that makes you want to walk away.0
