I cracked open the injector pipes and when cranking fuel was coming out not sure what it could be iv even put a different battery on it and still the same

Mate you need to check the fuel rail pressure to see how many psi/bars you are getting there no point in checking the injector pipes first as the fuelpump pumps fuel to the rail first if its low there then thats not going to be enough to start the car, if you dont know how to do it or dont have the tools you best of taking it to a garage, it will save you a lot of hassle and guessing

its like going to the doctor no doctor is going to tell you what wrong with you without doing tests/scans etc.... its the same with cars people ask me all the time this is wrong with my car what is it and they expect me to get it right straight away without touching the car, if i could do that i would be loaded and on a beach
People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”

  • Not sure if it’s any use, but my old Zafira wouldn’t start if the fuel was below a certain level and I parked with the back slightly sloping downhill. Once I twigged that, it was easy enough to reverse it in and the problem was solved!

Firstly do not crack open the injector that fuel is under very high pressure you'll really hurt yourself. Either get the proper kit or send to someone who know how to do it properly.

Glow plugs not working can be a reason the engine wont start, the 1.9 CDTi's arn't one of them from memory though, it just makes them harder to start its easy enough to check if they work and cheap to change.

Your fault seems to be moving from air flow to glow plug which to me mean wiring issues.
