I am joining this forum late - as I was vaguely hoping they might have been in contact with me by now - but I have given up and am £400 worse off. I had exactly the same story from someone called 'Nav' - but his number and the number of @wecompareparking are no longer working (nor is their web address).
I presume they will reappear in a different guise though.0
