Just a quick question I'm hoping someone can help with..

I bought a diary from Boots.com but when it arrived, I realised it was a day-per-page one when I actually wanted a week-to-view type. I put it to one side (to consider giving it to someone else as a xmas gift) and have now misplaced/lost the delivery note. It was part of a 3-4-2 but I can't take the other two back as they have now been given as xmas gifts.

Would I be able to take it back to my local Boots without the delivery note (still have the confirmation emails tho) and get it refunded or exchanged?

    Worth a try! :) TIA

You could always log into your account online and print out your order and take that with you.

I was in Boots in Bearwood, West Mids today - tis only a small shop but got half price Royal Jelly Trio for £3. Best of all was their clearance section with masses of huge savings.

Simple Moisturizing handwash down from £1.89 to 50p
Simple Anti-Bacterial handwash down from £1.89 to 50p

Johnsons Pure Delight Shower gel down from £1.39 to 40p

Needless to say I stocked up

Also in the clearance section, Dove handwashes, Dettol handwashes, Dove, Simple and Johnson showergels, solid soap - all at really silly prices.

    Hi everyone,
I posted in the voucher thread asking for Boots working codes.
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=644227&highlight=boots

Should any of you know of working boots codes, can you please share them with me there? Remember it's not permitted to post codes here.

    Thanks in advance.

I hope everyone in here has a great 2008 full of wonderful bargains and freebies!!

PS: Some posts ago, someone complained about the chat in here... Personally I think this is what makes this such a great thread. Because we chat, we are also more eager to share tips and deals almost in real time (there is always an MSEr at Boots finding out the latest offer/ glitch and reporting it back). Keep the chat coming!!

Keep looking at this thread looking for grabbit bargains but seems to be general chat. Sorry to be a downer but any chance we can keep to the point? Sorry.

I think I was polite in this post. Some people are eager to jump down ur throat rather than politely point you in the direction of the first post. Manners don't cost a thing.

Thankyou Violetta for your post, I will look at the first post instead of the thread.

A question just out of curiosity - I posted a bargain on this thread a few weeks ago, if the first post includes all the bargains, where does everyone else post them?

I think you'll find this is one of the friendliest threads on MSE, and I've not seen anyone 'jump down ur throat' as you put it - quite the contrary. Most posters are really helpful and many tirelessly post help and advice over and over again.

As for the first post being updated - CPG does an amazing job at keeping this updated, with all the info that is posted on the thread, in an ever changing BootsWorld. I'm sure, if you posted a bargain on the thread, and it wasn't included, it was an oversight rather than intentional.
Please post up your bargains again - you are more than welcome here

Everyone posts offers and glitches on here. The lovely crazyposhgal looks through each of the posts (usually daily) and if someone has posted a good (and usually nationwide) offer she writes it into the first post which she can edit on a daily basis, hence, the first post is full of the offers that everyone else posts. this is so that the offers are all together, and we can also have our boots chatty thread where the conversation is always centred around boots with the odd thing thrown in like "merry christmas" etc

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A
