@ andromach yes in my experience Boots have been great @ giving an exchange without a reciept on fragrance as long as the box/pack is still sealed but remember without a reciept you will only get the current selling price!! I know you won't get the value in points but not sure if they will put the current price on a giftcard somone else on here will advise in due course i'm sure!!;)(one of the many reasons i love this board, so many expert bootsers in 1 place:D)

@lollyred1 i can't see why the £10 on the giftcard won't still be valid i found a voucher for Boots earlier this year for £20:j that was at least 3years old and i had no probs at all using it!! I would give it a try next time you are in Boots nothing ventured nothing gained:D

Just a quick question I'm hoping someone can help with..

I bought a diary from Boots.com but when it arrived, I realised it was a day-per-page one when I actually wanted a week-to-view type. I put it to one side (to consider giving it to someone else as a xmas gift) and have now misplaced/lost the delivery note. It was part of a 3-4-2 but I can't take the other two back as they have now been given as xmas gifts.

Would I be able to take it back to my local Boots without the delivery note (still have the confirmation emails tho) and get it refunded or exchanged?

Someone else asked if the 75% goes online too - yes it does...but not sure what day. and if you want something from online buy it as soon as you see it.... (before this lot get their mitts on it :D:D) too often have things gone out of my basket after hours of deliberating!!!

Lol...I never realised the first page was updated regularly, so thanks for that. And I agree...fantastic job!

Also, I don't see it on the first page (but haven't had a cuppa yet so not 100% awake) but did you know that the Boots No7 GWP bag also has a 250 points voucher in it, for use with any No7 purchase as long as not used with any other offer. I ended up with several of these GWP over the run up to Christmas and used them as packaging for various toiletries "selection boxes", so found all the vouchers.

I think as long as it is or has been on sale instore you can return it. But you won't be eligible for a refund if you don't have a receipt, only an exchange for goods to the value.

When you say the gift sets go for 75% off does that also mean the premium makes of gift sets like Estee Lauder and such?

I hope you all had a fab christmas, just new year to get through now.

Anyhow my first boots sale order has just arrived, everything is in perfect condition etc so im happy. Also found out that im going to be in Hoxton ? on 14/15/16 Jan so which store will be best for 75% off sale in/around London.

There are a lots of Bratz half price stuff on line. Not sure if it is just back in stock or always been in stock but thought it might be of interest to some of you.
