Yeah, ignore Crashy Time. Saying that you can sell any property by lowering the price far enough is like saying you can lose weight by ceasing to eat.

Kerb appeal and presentation can be amended, to a certain extent - whether improvements are tangible, and whether they demonstrably help increase sale price, is another question entirely.You can't sell a £5 note for £5.50, it can't be done. If it's too dear it won't sell.0 -

The problem with that is that the media are now telling people it is down to price, and most people don`t ignore the media, or this ridiculous and damaging house price bubble would never have got off the ground.0 -
