Abso bloomin lutely marvellous - well done. If you could give us a more detailed report when you have finished walking on the ceiling, we wold appreciate the feedback.3

Brilliantly done!
As above, can you tell us what grounds you won on, and also what let you "unlock" the extra costs?3 -
That is a great result - how come you got your full costs? In what way did the Judge decide they acted wholly unreasonably and must pay you £350?!

It isnt a quantitative scale
It has to "permit of no reasonable explanation"

So, CEL were on the trying to mitigate their case by saying that there was signage all around the car park in question and that it was available on entrance to the car park however only provided one picture of the signage which was on the top level of the carpark. I stayed in the car park for 16 minutes and CEL claim you are allowed up to 10 minutes free before having to pay. My pictures showed that there was free parking signage within the car park in very large font etc. CEL didn't know if they still managed the car park and/or if they managed the car park at the time of the claim (due to the signage that indicated free parking). They also went on to say I continuously ignored correspondence, which I again refuted that CEL knowingly sent post to a previous address. As I had moved address in 2016 and they issued a CCJ claim in 2018 to my old home. So the judge found they acted vexatiously as they are trying to claim £330 worth of costs and damages, sending correspondence to a previous address, not including my evidence in the bundle they have to send to court. Judge awarded me £255 fee, £100 for loss of earnings having to attend court for the set aside and to defend, £10 parking/ driving charges. Once again thank you all for your efforts in helping me defend this case!nosferatu1001 said:Brilliantly done!
