I was thinking that we are quite dedicated to for wanting to save money but i was wondering whether saving stress could and should be more valualble to us.

For me, if i knew there was better information out there to know what companies treat customers well, and i think thats more than just providing good customer service its about not fobbing you off, not ripping you off and going that extra mile for their customers, offer good value and respect your loyalty etc, sometimes its also about leaving the customer alone and not harassing them every 5 mins with petty messages and deals..

To that end if i could find a company with that ethos i would much rather go with them, and spend a little more money than a company that increases stress.

So for example, could there be more emphasis on this website for companies that promote this sort of thing.

If we could vote with our feet to use such companies maybe that would be better for our own lives?

That sounds like a fabulous idea for the Praise forum board.

Definitely get that started and encourage others to join in with their good feedback on businesses.
