Out of contract but wont upgrade me?

Did you know that every time you call customer services your value gets reduced.

I had given up hope of any cheaper upgrade on the TYTN2, but if TM are getting a new budget in the new year, maybe I should hang on until then?
BTW, Can you unlock TYTN2?
