Britania Parking PCN - Bournemouth

The assessor seems to have ignored the rebuttal comments about the redacted landowner agreement and different company registration number on that agreement.
Thanks again for your help and support.0 -
Immediate complaint
They have accepted the contract despite it being poitned out that the company regisatration number does not match that of the operator (from memory!) meanignthere was NO valid contract *for THIS operator* , breaching the BPA Code of Practice
This is a clear error by the asssessor, and is procedural as they have made no mention of your rebuttal comments0 -
I have complained on the grounds of procedural error and quoted my comments regarding the landowner agreement, which have been totally ignored. I have asked them to review the case taking these comments into consideration.0

Have you complained to your MP about this? You should, PoPLA needs to raise its game. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

i intend to. I've just fended off a ParkingEye PCN by going to Aldi Customer Services direct. Even though i had a valid receipt for shopping in Aldi, ParkingEye rejected my appeal as I hadn't met the "criteria".
Aldi have stated they will ensure the operator drops the PCN.0 -
The 'hidden' criteria - spend at the store must be a minimum of £30 (unless they've upped it recently?).ParkingEye rejected my appeal as I hadn't met the "criteria".
Why not ask them what 'criteria' wasn't met? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I asked Aldi what the hidden criteria was. Apparently some of the stores now have a max 1 hour shopping period (which i didn't see publicised. Anyway, Aldi have assured me that no legit customer would ever have to pay a parking fine, as long a as you can show a receipt or bank statement proving you were shopping at that time.0

And that's NOT stated on the PCNs or the signs!Aldi have assured me that no legit customer would ever have to pay a parking fine, as long a as you can show a receipt or bank statement proving you were shopping at that time.
So, in good faith, old people, vulnerable people, stupid or naive wusses and poor stressed familes pay these, ALL THE TIME despite being genuine shoppers.
And Aldi know nothing at all about it, as such people just pay without a whimper and think it's a real fine. I hope Aldi and the other Supermarkets are proud of what they let their aggressive parking firms do to people.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've chased POPLA, reference my complaint regarding a procedural error - ie failing to know the law and an inability to read. It's in the queue of backlog apparently. Hmmm, must have many complaints then.
It did make me wonder how many PCNs have been issued illegitimately for this car park by Britannia Parking. I mean, is it possible that Britannia Parking would have to issue a refund for all the PCNs they have collected where the landowner agreement and NTK have different company registration numbers stated?
Wouldn't that be nice!0
