1) Britannia Parking Group Ltd (No 08182990) issued the NTK, but the "Landowner" contract is with Britannia Parking Services Ltd (No 08187238), which is a different company.

2) Given that the "customer" name is redacted there's no evidence that the redacted "customer" is the actual landowner. I can't see any reference to landowner in the agreement.

The supplier is stated on page 1 as Britannia Parking Services Ltd, so there will need to be another contract between the two Britannia companies in order for "Group" to issue Tickets.

Furthermore the "services" box on page 2 has been totally redacted so in fact there's no authority for any PPC to issue NTK.
