Can you take lots of photos that show POPLA that the 2 photos in the operator's evidence are both exit photos (proven by street furniture or white lines) because the entrance looks like *THIS* (photos of different street furniture, background & lines).

Thus, you can say it seems the first image shows the car exiting or reversing/manoeuvring at the exit. It is certainly not pictured driving in at THIS entrance (see photos...)

They have NO photos of the car in the car park.

You are using Google Earth instead of Google maps, hence it takes an age to download!

That entrance image is dated June 2018, and the sign says '£5 all day'.

Are you sure that's the car park?
Can you have an expired ticket if you paid for all day parking?


I imagine entering the car park via the exit which is clearly signed as 'EXIT ONLY' is going to confuse their system.
