That's merely a reply to a line in the template appeal that talked about not consenting to them processing data. Ignore it, that's not the rejection/POPLA code, it's just template stuff about data processing.

OOOOOh right ..Thanks. I did have another email at the same time saying they were processing it to their security staff.... Then i received that one... didn't think they worked that fast...lol

Hi I am still waiting, does it really take this long?

I am also on here because my daughter has been nabbed by the same company, this time on an Aldi supermarket car park, in Leek. Its a funny set up as customers have to go into the store and put their reg in a machine. Being a first time visitor she did n't notice that part, presumed it was like the regular Aldi car parks ...free, So I m looking at what I discovered on here so she can appeal.

It does ask that she tells them the name of the driver, so looks like the same format.....

Needless to say this is not a popular supermarket!

No, a response to the appeal to a PPC should not take that long. Are you sure you didn't receive a POPLA code somewhere along the line?

The very first thing you daughter needs to do is to complain to Aldi's CEO, Giles Hurley:

If the PCN isn't cancelled within the first appeal timeframe, she should do the appeal to P.E. and, if the PCN has still not been cancelled, she should then appeal to POPLA.

Thought I would just pop back to finish off the thread. I never did receive any come back to the notice ( crossing my fingers ).But it has made me very conscious of reading these parking notices and watching where I park.
My daughter, who also had one from the same company in Leek Staffs, on an Aldi car park. She wrote to Aldi and they advised PE to delete the charge, so its as well to follow that route too.
