You need to be complaining to the ICO and asking them to investigate. This isn't a DPA forum, there may be a better one elsewhere in the MSE 'family', or possibly Legal Beagles or Consumer Advice Group (CAG) websites, or even the CAB for more in-depth DPA advice. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I got a rather nice SAR reply from BW Legal with lots of information, probably 20 pages in total. However, I requested they specifically tell me where my my Email address was obtained from and this detail was not provided. I've emailed them to get me this information and have yet to receive a response.
Any advice greatly appreciated as always!
As said complain to the ICO
What I do find amazing is the work BWLegal have to do for a scam claim now.
Since the new PaP and free SAR's they probably spend so much time, and what they are trying to achieve has become a joke, just pence in the pound return. 20 odd pages to reply to a SAR, just imagine what a real solicitor would charge a client.
But BWLegal are intent of proving to their parking scam clients something ? .... it certainly cannot be how much money they make. In 2019 if BWL carry on the way they are, they will have so many SAR's they will be bathing in them.
Best BWL dump the parking scammers whilst they are ahead
And after all this, BWL will probably lose in court0
