I off DD set up...If you don't understand, the problem appears to be in the receiving end..
what sort of English is that?
I get that you're saying DD=Direct Debit so I off Direct Debit? You off Direct Debit what?
I'm sure if you explain it it'll be an oh yeah facepalm moment but I honestly don't get what you're saying at all.0

Now that i've just had a bit more time i've had a look and are you saying that we can have 2 solo accounts each? It mentioned "on up to £3k" but just to check, these are 2 solo accounts each, none of them have to be joint?YorkshireBoy wrote: »Tesco requires one direct debit instruction...called 3 times in the month.
Didn't you say you had a PO account?
So why settle for 1.5% when you can have 3%?...on up to £12K between you.0

Yes, and yes.JustAnotherSaver wrote: »Now that i've just had a bit more time i've had a look and are you saying that we can have 2 solo accounts each? It mentioned "on up to £3k" but just to check, these are 2 solo accounts each, none of them have to be joint?
If you open a joint account you'll shoot yourself in the foot (by limiting yourselves to a max of £9K)!0

I'm continuously getting pulled between simplifying the accounts and having them work as hard as possible or at least somewhere near The latter usually wins in the end. The latter usually wins in the end.
So for 4 accounts, well 2 each, we'll both need 2 post office savers then & set up 3 direct debits per saver.
All my existing PO savers are tied up with other accounts at the moment, though i don't have the latest edition (33?) so that'll probably be getting opened in the morning.0

Wrong. Go back and read the info provided (several times) earlier in the thread. When you said "Yeah i'm with you now", you weren't really were you?JustAnotherSaver wrote: »So for 4 accounts, well 2 each, we'll both need 2 post office savers then & set up 3 direct debits per saver.0

I think you know what you need, but haven’t expressed it.
For absolute clarity, each Tesco bank account needs 1 direct debit mandate that pays out 3x per month.0
