Well seeing as Katrina has been sat here waiting for months for me to reply, and has nothing better to do with her time, I’m here ��
Apple admitting messing up, and sent my husband a brand new Apple Watch at no cost. They were pretty helpful in the end.0 -
That was a good result. I had an unfortunate accident with my iPad Pro, which just just over £400 to get fixed. I say fixed but Apple don’t fix anything you get a swap out for a replacement unit, but it should not be at full price.0
