Apple replaced broken watch I sent for repair and now billing me full cost!

    Well seeing as Katrina has been sat here waiting for months for me to reply, and has nothing better to do with her time, I’m here ��

    Apple admitting messing up, and sent my husband a brand new Apple Watch at no cost. They were pretty helpful in the end.

    That was a good result. I had an unfortunate accident with my iPad Pro, which just just over £400 to get fixed. I say fixed but Apple don’t fix anything you get a swap out for a replacement unit, but it should not be at full price.
