Hi,
Welcome to the board and to the wonderful world of ebay! Depending on how many Jiffy bags you require, if you are looking for small quantities, then ask people you know who work in an office for their used jiffy bags, then you can re-use these. A lot of organisations just throw them out, so this a way of recycling! Otherwise, look on ebay itself (I sell Giant size Jiffy bags on there myself), there is every size. If you want any further then just PM me.
Good Luck

Hello and welcome - try your local Poundshop/Quids In/PoundSaver/etc - usually about 5 to 8 small-ish Jiffy bags for ......wait for it........drum roll please.............£1.0

We had loads of baby clothes to sell so I got a box of padded envelopes from Viking Direct, if you search around this site you'll find plenty of vouchers for them and you usually get free giftsThey say that football is a religion, if this is true I worship at the Exacta Stadium, Chester0

I have looked on ebay...most charge quite a bit for postage though that seems a bit ironic and annoying0 -

You cannot beat the 99p shop. I got 12 padded envelopes for 99p big enough for small items of clothing or a paperback book. Large envelopes for larger amounts (this really is beginning to sound like a League of Gentlemen sketch!) were 6 for 99p.

If you phone Royal Mail on this number....0845 7950950....you can ask for Special Delivery bags (think they call them poly bags??) they come in packs of 50 and there are 3 sizes...I think they are A3,A4 and A5.These aren't padded bags but good for sending clothes or soft items in.You can have as many of them as you like...they ask you for a company name but I just made one up.When you receive them they have special delivery written all over them but we turn them inside out and then they are just a plain grey poly bag.One word of warning though. When you go to PO ask them to put the machine printed stamps on the bag and not lickable ones as they fall off.Its best to write on them with a permanent marker too so its visible. We have 100 of each size at a time,no questions asked. And the cost of these......FREE...:D
I got this tip from another thread quite sometime ago so thanks to whoever was OP then.
