That’s a great deal.My new deal started today 1.5 gig unlimited mins and texts £5 a month.Great customer service and uk based,hard to believe it is part of bt.(Run as a separate business).

I just noticed that when I was on the phone to them I had their web page open and it told me the year it was started Sheffield based Floated cant remember the year now and BT Parent co.
I was paying £9 50 for 500 mg unlimited mins and texts Was £7 50 but went up when the 12 month contracted ended
They offered as I say 500 mg plus 500 mins and unlimited texts
I will never use all that Data but at £6 it is a great deal She just said I can offer you double the data for £6 instead of 1.5 GB for £6 50 So all in all I am very happy. Enjoy your new deal ! Sue

Really? Not in my experience.
Ridiculous waits on the phone, chat never available, absolutely no communication regarding orders etc..
I ordered a mobile package and, other than them taking payment, heard absolutely nothing confirming the order, sim despatch, Ts and Cs etc., which are all supposed to be sent via e-mail.
Try and cancel, I've had to resort to sending a form by post to ensure it is done.

I will wait and see what happens. Told I should get the Sim on Saturday and that I should be up and running by Monday In the meantime I am still with 02 The price has gone up since the 3rd October as the 12 month contract finished on the 3rd October.
Thanks anyway I will take notice of what you said It is only a 30 day rolling contract. i do have 14 days cool off period.

ETA found it at £6.50 on their website, but £5 back through TCB.

We have Plusnet broadband but I have been on the £5 package for a year.

Which is why I wanted to change it. While I might not use it all I was very careful to keep the Data switched when I was at home. I was using the wifi.
I now have got 3GB and unlimited minutes and texts for £6 The £6 deal is not showing on their web site The deal I thought I would having was for 1.5GB with unlimited minutes and texts.
The girl said that the double GB was not on the web site but she could offer me this package. I will wait and see how it all goes when the switch happens.

I think you will be fine,there are always a small number of people who have problems however good the company is.
