Ryanair connecting flight with 10kg check in bag

In a few weeks I'm going from London to Edinburgh to Derry on two Ryanair flights.
I've got the 10kg check-in baggage on both flights.
I will check the bag in at departures in London.
But I'm fairly sure Ryanair do not do connecting flights with luggage, so it will come out on the carousel at Edinburgh?
Then how do I check it back in again in Edinburgh without going out into arrivals, over to departures to check bag in again and then going through security again??
Very confusing with these new baggage rules
Thanks

the only way to avoid this would be to have Priority priority boarding and not check in any baggage. How long do you have between flights?0 -

You don't because you can't. If your flight from London arrives on schedule you should be ok but you don't need much of a delay to miss your connection. Keep in mind the bag drop desk closes 40 minutes before your flight so effectively you have just 1h20m to disembark, pick up your luggage and make your way to the Ryanair desk.0 -
So I guess the cheapest and safest option is to buy priority boarding from Edinburgh to Derry.
So I check my bag in at London. Collect it from carousel in Edinburgh. Then carry it onboard 2nd flight to Derry as priority luggage. That will save me from having to go outside to arrivals and check the 10kg luggage in again (as well as do security again).
Ryanair always find a way of squeezing more money out of a person0 -

You'll still have to go out to arrivals and back through security there's nowhere else to go once you get to the baggage carousels other than the arrivals hall.
The 2hr connection is very tight, even with priority luggage from EDI to LDY. You're relying on landing on time, a gate not too far from baggage reclaim, your bag getting to the carousel quickly and the queue at security being short.
Could you not just take hand luggage?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

You are right - baggage reclaim is after those no-returns gates isn't it

Well played Ryanair, now I have to buy two priority boardings.0 -
Lol. So priority boarding as an add on is not available for either of my flights. I guess they sold out already???0

Surely if they do not have the logistics to ensure checked baggage is handled and brought to the final destination of a series of connecting Ryanair flights, then they should not be allowed to offer checked-in luggage?0

Not sure that's the case now. The domestic arrivals route changed two or three weeks ago so you no longer go down the stairs opposite Gate 10. Instead you go along past Wetherspoons towards some new gates and down stairs there to new baggage belts.
The doors of no return are after the luggage pick up and I think you could pick up luggage, then turn and go back up the stairs.0 -

There are no connecting Ryanair flights, they are all stand alone. They make that clear on their website.0
