I have visited the site and made some photos and a short video. This should give me all of the documents required as outlined by the newbies thread.

Would anyone be available to review these before i submit them to the court please?

I am hoping to submit them electronically and then if i have time, submit them using a well organised binder has suggested.

    With kind regards, TPSTwats.

A BW Legal offer letter is standard - all part of the scam & intimidation. Ignore it.

Haven't had a chance to review your link yet. Are you at WS stage then?

You're not thinking of submitting the whole of the Beavis & Wardley judgment, the whole of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, the whole of the IPC Code of Practice and the whole of the POPLA Annual Report?

You only need to include relevant extracts, not each tome. Do you realise how ginormous your bundle is going to be? Do you have enough ink in your printer and have you booked Pickford to deliver to the court?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I did not realize the size. I am hoping someone could confirm that my defense and WS is ok?

    Admittedly I want to win.

    With kind regards, TPSTwats.

We want you to win, but you don't need statute law (POFA) or Beavis as exhibits, no-one ever does. You should certainly refer to them and can use a page extract, that's all, for those citations.

Still haven't looked as I am multi tasking cooking dinner & reading another forum...!
