Am a bit disappointed as except my crumble on Sunday, was on plan all week with loads of syns left over to cover the crumble.
Still I guess it's all going in the right direction. Don't think I'm going to make the next stone bracket by the 20th, but will get to it eventually!
Have to do a bit of Christmas shopping tomorrow with my Mum (gifts that need to travel) so plenty of walking and I'll aim for a healthy lunch.
Today was
B porridge (hexb),seeds (1), honey (1), fruit
L jacket pot, cheese (hexa), chicken, apple
D sw chips, 2 fried eggs (spray oil) peas
S maybe yog later (1/2)
Tomorrow's plan
B 2 boiled eggs and banana
L maybe jacket pot and cottage cheese or beans

Look on the bright side, bubbs, with all those appointments, at least you’re getting out and about and meeting new people. But, seriously, I hope all goes well.
Is that still for your daughter’s leg, Kathryn? You are still having a tough time.
fatrab, sorry you’ve been so ill. Although you missed out on Mr Skinny, you’re still a winner.
Any loss is a good loss, OG, Bozwood and SIRENS.
HI, LMCD, it’s good to meet you.
I was out for lunch today – Italian. Nuff said.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Welcome LMCD. Giving up the booze for October probably stopped you gaining more weight even if you didn't lose any!
Sirens your plan for today and tomorrow look to be very low on the Speed food front. You really need to make sure you're getting the 1/3 at least over the day even if not every meal as it's what helps with the weight loss, although you still seem to be losing.
Greentiger hope you enjoyed your meal at the Italian.

I know, I do struggle with speed, I will chuck a load of mushrooms and peppers in my spag, perhaps I'll add an apple to my breakfast instead of the banana and some salad with lunch?
I'm always in a bit of a mad rush and eat on the run or if I'm working I don't always get a proper break.
I do plan dinners, usually for 4 weeks at a time but slip up on lunches, something to look at maybe this weekend:o'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Yep still her leg. She redid February's injury in July. Also other medical issues all interlinked. The kids has referrals to 7 nhs departments.Zebras rock0 -

I actually plan a month at a time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Obviously it's not set in stone but it does work as a basic framework. Good luck with sorting out trying to add more Speed. The suggestions you've made are all good for upping the Speed foods.
I tend to chuck in tinned tomatoes rather than using stock in loads as things as that's another Speed food added. Other veg which is good for that is courgettes & carrots. If you don't particularly like them try grating them and then they kind of disappear!
