I disagree, even the most unreasonable complaint will cost them money to field. Furthermore, in this particular case a complaint would certainly not be unreasonable as certain confusion exists surrounding the circumstances. OP, this is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed in the house as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week, hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an
M.P. for unprofessional conduct

The problem has become so widespread that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. Also complain to your MP.

It's a waste of time, there are no grounds to complain to the Trade Body and the BPA will knock it back with a template reply.

IMHO there is no point throwing shedloads of complaints at the BPA where there are no grounds and the case is just going through the usual process and will get a POPLA code shortly.

Better to pick our complaints for the worst conduct by PPCs and I see nothing here out of the ordinary.

But they have forged an address the car was never at just because it has a sign and the car was parked in a correct place anyway, they are putting fraude pics and altering them just to give a ticket!! So this is not enough to complain?! I sent a complain to BPA already and will send to DVLA... This is not for POPLA, I have other things prepared for POPLA, the ticket was issued with the same time the pics dont show the plate number, they have put 2 tickets on the same car with a few hours difference, the place doesnt have any signs showing its residents only, they have ignored the appeal for one of the tickets and sent a NTK without replying to the appeal thus claiming full charge although they should send a rejection for appeal first then count the days before sending a NTK, I have a video and plenty of pics as well... Do u still think i shouldnt send a complain to dvla?

Wrong, sorry. This sort of incorrect thing detracts from what might be a real complaint.

I seriously do not read from what you have put, that they have acted fraudulently.

And unless you explain it well I don't think the BPA will, either. Can't see the wood for the trees here.

OK so where is your EVIDENCE that they have 'altered' photos?

I have a video of the car showing all surroundings, I have another video of the place they took the other photo where the sign in their pic is. I have the post code of the parking of the car from google map street view and the post code written on the ticket and both dont match they are about 0.5 miles away!!!! Is that not fraud?! Making up a post code and claiming a car was parked there although it wasnt is not fraud?!

It might be, if you put your evidence clearly to the BPA.

So what photo evidence do they have on their website when you log in to 'view photos'?

They have 3 pics of the car (front, partialy showing plate number, back and driver seat) all of them close ups no surroundings and they have a pic of the sign as a close up as well (in a totaly diffrent place )

And you are saying the sign is in a completely different car park and you can prove it, and that there are no signs like that anywhere in the car park where the car really was?

Not just that they got the postcode wrong on the PCN?

Yes, where the car was parked there are no signs at all, there is a near sign but it has an arrow pointing in the opposite direction from the area the car was parked. The pic they attatched as evidence of the sign is not even in the area, its from the wrong post code they have written on PCN.
