UkPC parking

I have read the NEWBIES post and have read all relevant information about it yet I cant seem to find an answer. A parking charge notice on the windscreen was found Sep 23, the bay the car was parked in is an unmarked bay, yet the pics are of the car and a sign somewhere else not even near the car and the car doesnt even appear in the photo, the postcode written is wrong as well the car was never parked there at all. I have appealed the parking notice after 7 days with pics of the car and no signs at all in the surroundings, they sent an email confirmation of the appeal and an answer will be sent within 35 days yet they sent a NTK on 26 oct without sending an appeal answer and claiming full parking charge should be paid. Not sure what to do next. Need help plz.

Boy oh boy ....... you do realise that UKPC are known scammers and fraudsters. They have already been banned by the DVLA for fraudulent activities (currently not banned)

If what you are saying is fact, then this should be reported to the DVLA and the BPA

UKPC will read this forum and maybe decide that they are on very dodgy ground and cancel.
If they don't, they have a bad habit of asking who was the driver before they can continue .... this is UKPC rubbish

Regardless, if you feel their activities are fraudulent. then the next step is reporting them to the DVLA and BPA

You just wait for your POPLA code of course, the NTK arriving is not the rejection letter.

I will definitely send a complaint to BPA then, I have a video of the place the car was parked with all the surroundings should I add this to the complaint? Or should I just report there fraudulent action only? Also time seen and time ticket issued are the same as well so can I mention that too? Thanks

As UKPC are members of the BPA, this could be brushed under the carpet .... There is no trust in the BPA.

The DVLA is key and where you report fraudulent activities.
Then the BPA has no option but to listen

Please do it, UKPC has already been banned twice by the DVLA

there is ALWAYS grounds for a complaint to(and about) the BPA , the fact that BPA exist in itself is a reason for complaint.

But what have UKPC done that the BPA will investigate? AFAIK, the OP is merely waiting for their POPLA code and UKPC sending a NTK is correct!

It's because the OP stated
