I got confused as to when I add

either your husbands details were registered with the Government Gateway, or you registered yourself by mistake

CM is trying to work out in whose actual name was this done (it should have been the husband who registered and the husband who filed the defence), in theory your husband has a Government Gateway account, AND YOU DONT , SO CHECK the email confirmation

as for the pics, you can host the picture on tinypic and add a URL link to the picture in your reply

if it wont let you add the link as a new user, edit the http to hxxp and then submit the post (it will be a dead link but we will sort it out)

now all we need to know is the person who completed the MCOL, ie:- was it the DEFENDANTS name on the government gateway login, or was it a relative (no actual names please)
