I’ve had an awful head cold the last 2 weeks, so covid would be the icing on the cake.

Thanks for the well wishes though.

Checked the MSE premium bonds calculator which reckons I should win £75 in the next 12 months with what’s in there.

So we shall see if that’s correct.

Hmmm...we have 2 years left on our fix. Not sure if that might be bad news for us or not. By the time we come to the end of the fix we should have our LTV down to 70% based on what we bought the house for and approximately 65% based on todays rough valuation.

However, what do we think house prices will be doing by then (crystal balls out please)? I have to say it is making me a tad anxious. I think as soon as the new year 2023 comes in very frugal living will have to come into play to ensure we can get the best mortgage deal we can. Our fix runs out in October 2023.

Well done twinklie.  Its at this point the thought of an interview makes me think about withdrawing.  You've got a great chance and don't forget its for you to find out whether you like them as well.
