Just emailed them at consumeraffairs@ofgem.gov.uk using the named individual quoted in the EE thread. Had an acknowledgement within a few hours.

Anyway, I'm going to contact OFGEM too. I agree that this is not just a personal problem but a wider issue that needs flagged up.

No I didn't quote the same post. I quoted the same long thread in which I hadn't spotted the actual post by a certain person. This is what nxdmsandkaskdjaqd helpfully provided. My request was for a posters name, not an OFCOM agents name.

As for anyone 'bumping' this thread, I couldn't care less if it's bumped or not.

Nah! - they dont often reply to e-mails and even when they do they dont seem to know what they are talking about

I have even now complained to their CEO, 24 hrs latter no reply!!!
