Nothing has changed, your case is not different, and this will not go to court, because DRP/Zenith can't do that, and it's only Euro Car Parks, LOL!

Not to sure as a “Newbie” I like the tone your referring too. I actually sought advice from another member who has been helpful who advised me to do this.
As you can imagine from someone who has never been in this position and on behalf of a nearly 90 year old this reply is not helpful.
