Hi thanks for your reply I’ve never used these sites before so was just asking for advice. If I’d known about them I’d have come here first. I don’t know what s POPLA code is. The return was all via email not to current address. Did try and look at all the posts on their but there is so many it’s confusing hence my question. It’s really worrying my grandma and she just wants me to pay it. So much so she thinks I’m going to lose my job...

Nobody is going to lose their job over a speculative invoice. Nobody here will suggest you pay a scammer.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Your PCN number and your Car registration number is on many of those photos.

Together with the precise times shown and the full location, your incident is uniquely identifiable to ECP.

I suggest you remove that dropbox link from your latest post and supply another link with more sanitised photos.

Fisher Jim yes changed with the DVLA. So where do I stand now??

Ignoring ECP like anyone else here who either misses the POPLA stage or loses that appeal.

No-one PAYS! This is not a legit fine. I've ignored ECP myself before POPLA existed, and your case is no different.
I’ve telephoned the cinema but they have said they have no ownership of the car park so weren’t interested.
OK so find out by Googling, who runs that car park, and send a strong complaint to them, if the allegation is that the occupants of the car overstayed an arbitrary time limit.

If so, that's illegal discrimination, as disabled people need more time. Needs a landowner complaint to kill it.

That's just a letter from ECP or a debt collector, we assume? You ignore all those.

    Hi All

I received the latest reply today. I do not know what communication the MP has sent as It’s never been forwarded to me.
What do we think the likelihood of being taken to court by the PCC will be???

    Slim - bordering on negligible.

What happened when you complained as suggested in post #15?

Next to zero. You'd be the first on the forum I believe. Not going to happen.

Promise us you will now stop worrying about stupid DRP and Zenith letters that the NEWBIES Thread post #4 already fully covers, with links going back 5 years and more. This is already done to death on the forum.

Please no updates telling us DRP have referred it to Zenith...as if that's another company...please read the 'ignore the debt collectors' section of the NEWBIES thread, it's there to stop threads like this drowning us and taking us away from people who really need to take action.

This isn't a 'I'm scared of DRP/Zenith letters' forum. There's no need for one!

Nothing has changed, your case is not different, and this will not go to court, because DRP/Zenith can't do that, and it's only Euro Car Parks, LOL!
