Make a formal complaint and ask Sky to substantiate precisely the method of purchase ie the IP address etc.0

I did ask them that but they replied that they could only do that with a crime number so I would have had to report to the police and then get a crime number.0

Once you've made the complaint you won't be dealing with a first-line rep fobbing you off with comments like that.0
