the only links you were given were for studying POPLA appeals, nothing else (and you are NOT at the POPLA stage yet anyway)


I suggest you stop nitpicking and accept that we regulars know what we are doing

you can add a note in the email to the TRUST that this complaint must NOT be passed onto the parking company, that no permission is given for it to be passed to any third party at all

you can do whatever you like with the email for PALS that you composed earlier , even sending it as the aggrieved husband if you like, on behalf of the keeper (its a complaint , use the royal WE if you like)

as for the PE appeal, you use the blue text template with the addition of my blue text addon paragraph

so please, stop nitpicking and just do what we said, preferably NOT identifying the driver at all , so stop reinventing the wheel

the idea is that one or both of them cancel the pcn , so 2 chances to win

once your family is sorted out and this is behind you, feel free to join us and learn this topic , but for now my advice was to get you and your family past this crisis, not to educate you in this topic

all I want to see is a reply stating that the 2 jobs have been done and you are awaiting the outcome

personally, I wanted you to do this on monday last so that hopefully it would be cancelled by friday (before the weekend ideally) - the longer you leave it the closer it gets to dragging into next week

2 simple tasks to do and then you get on with looking after your family, awaiting the cancellation, so please do what I have told you to do, no more questions

Thank you for the help! PALS has agreed to cancel the PCN!!


For the 10-15 cars I see ticketed each morning outside the labour ward, neonatal ward, I am writing some notes for them to contact PALS FM Team Leader (email address/contact number) and also a guide on how to find this very useful forum! I will print off 20 copies and put them on any car I see with a ticket.
