Over charged loads in postage

The seller is prob struggling for money just as much as you and is just looking to maximize his profits, its hurting ebay, not you. To be honest the profits to be made on ebay these days can be pretty slim with so many people selling similar items

You always have to remember ebay charge final seller fees on both the ebay account and paypal premium also taxes you again (this can vary on the value of the item). In a way adding some on postage as I see it compensates for ebays very own taxing system plus the manual cost of completing posting the itme.

Well ebay.com have recently started a sort search by total cost (i.e sale price + postage) - imagine it will be hitting .co.uk soon.

I wonder which of the following 2 Thai sellers the OP will buy their T-shirt from?

Thai Seller 1: BIN price 12.99 / Postage 2.99 - Total £15.98
Thai Seller 2: BIN price 1.99 / Postage 12.99 - Total £14.98

My guess is she'll go with seller 2 and still come on here whining about postage costs.
