No need to involve BW legal if you are serving a LBC to a PPC.

OP: if the PPC want to engage solicitors, then that's their problem, not yours (although any response they send may come from those solicitors)

And there will be a new cost for them!

I am going to shortly email the last draft of the LBC I posted on this thread to Armtrac. Are the 14 days, ‘working’ or ‘calendar’ days from the date the LBC was sent?

Where have '14 days' come from?

The LBC templates/examples appear to state 14 days. Is this incorrect?

Unkomass - 14 days is OK, as this is a lBC TO a parking company
OP - you are fine with 14 days.

14 days are 14 days unless qualified otherwise.

If I say to you "thirty days hath September, April, June and November", would you be asking "does that include Sundays"?
Many thanks for the confirmation. I just wanted to be sure 14 days does actually mean 14 days.
