For the fraudulent debt, send the 'proveit' letter as per my previous post, explain that the account is fraudulent.
For the other debt from 2010.
What is the debt for?
When did you have the 'disagreement' and when was the 'disagreement' resolved? Do you have written evidence of the resolution?
Have you acknowledged the debt over the last six years or made any repayments?
It may be Statute Barred...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

As I said I have done the prove it letter and they sent me a forged signiture loan agreement, I have explained that this is a forged signiture many times WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?0 -

I definitely have not acknowledged the debt at all in the last 8 years.
What is the procedure for removing an entry that is over 6 years old? Without inadvertently acknowledging the old debt?0 -

To buy a new keyboard - the CAPS lock is clearly broken on the one you have.
State that you do not owe the debt and that the signature is not years, and, if needed, raise it with the Financial Ombudsman and the police as it's fraud0 -
These are the only two things I need to clear up and quickly, I'm considering paying one of these professional companies but hope the good fold on Mrs can help me on what to do next��0

What is the default date? How much is owing? Who is the lender? What do the markers on the account show?0 -

A crime has been committed, contact the police on the non emergency number.0 -

There are no such legitimate companies that can clean up your credit files0 -
