Slightly off topic (but these are both your topics!) - re your Broadwater one, did OPS supply to POPLA an aerial map showing the edge of the land where it stops being public highway and starts being 'private land'?

If so, can you email it to me please as I have a POPLA appeal to do for someone. I can't recall if I've seen an aerial view of that site as sent to POPLA and I wanted to use it against them.

Thanks very much, that shows me the bit I wanted - in the case I am doing, the car was not parked past the white PAY & DISPLAY wording, and OPS have caught a young female and tracked her on CCTV when the car and the girl were on the public highway.

I shall be crafting a POPLA appeal and a complaint to the ICO about this excessive filming in Broadwater Street West.
