The converse is equally possible... i.e. the BPA tells them off and they cancel rather than trying to justify their behaviour.

You will know the answer to that in 6 years. That's how long they have to take you to court.
It's your call. Do something or do nothing. Personally I would rather have it cancelled now than possibly fighting a court case in 3 or 4 years.0 -
