Membership card taking forever

Hi there,

I ordered an NUS/TOTUM card 1 month ago now, payment went through two days later but nothing happened for about 10 days (i can track the card), when it finally says order placed and dispatched.

Their FAQs say
"Your TOTUM card will be despatched within 3-5 working days and should arrive within 7 days of the despatch date.

We will send you an email when your card has been dispatched.

We know you're keen to start using your card but please wait for 14 days before telling us your card hasn't arrived. "

TLDR: It's been 1 month and still no sign of the card. I paid for 12 months, yet will not have owned for 1 month (and counting). Is there anything I can do?

    Have you tried contacting them?

    I emailed them on the 6th of October and they only just got back to me today saying

    I can see that somebody sent you a replacement card, this replacement card can take up to 14 working days to arrive to you. Please let me know if after 14 working days the card has not yet been received.

    However, on the FAQ says it can take up to 7 days.

    I also assumed the 14 days of contact was from payment rather than from despatch.

    It isn't 14 days to delivery, it's 14 days that they ask you to wait whilst they print the card, dispatch it and the company contracted delivers it.

    Is their app working yet?

    I don't understand, aren't they the same thing?

    The app works but I would like to use it in co-op and not having a physical card makes it difficult for me
