if matter is still going thro courts ask for it to be requested in a court order. video phoning should be easy just buy a PAYG three mobile for your kids to use and you call them. Its easy for other party to say they cant use a webcam depending on how IT friendly they are.

Stormshield - when my husband separated from his first wife, he spoke to his kids every day on the phone (they were 8 and 4 at the time). Your littlest one may be a bit young at the moment, but I'm sure the 4 year old would soon get the hang of it.
