I am starting to lose my rag with these people now.

Countless emails and phone calls and still not getting anywhere.

I got the air travel tickets, I spoke to them on the phone and explained I was un-happy and do they have any alternative gifts they could offer. They explained they had not other free gifts, but if I sent them the air travel tickets back they could sort something out. So I sent them the tickets, after a few weeks I had heard nothing. I sent them an email asking what was going off.

They replied saying: Thanks for your email, we have cancelled your subscription as requested, but you will not receive a refund as it's against company policy.

This is not what I wanted to hear, and to be frank, they are really winding me up now. I just want my money back!!!

This is the last time I will bother with these magazine subscription deals.
