So after going back to car park there's a notice saying up to 1 hr free parking between 6 and 8 pm0

There's board and gives between 8-6 saying up to 30 mins free followed by regular charges not indicating before or after parking and then next to those timings is between 1800-2000 saying up to 1 hr free. No return within 2 hrs and max stay of 60
